This 41,000 square facility was designed with indoor AHU’s, Thermal Solutions boilers, VAV’s and Siemens ATC. Gibb was the full service mechanical design assist contractor on this project and also was responsible for the controls, insulator and testing & balanc-ing subcontractors. Through value engineering on this project we kept the project within budget offering numerous experienced options for the owner. This mainly consisted of changing the chilled water system to DX cooling which saved the project over $ 50,000.

Through extensive BIM and spatial coordination we were able to develop a clash free environment. This model greatly improved project schedule and quality. At completion of the project we turned over our coordinated model to the owner for their internal maintenance uses.
