The North Dakota State University Science, Technology, Engineering and Math (STEM) Building is expected to be completed in November of 2015. This facility is using the campus steam plant to heat the facility and a combination of chillers, air handling units and VAV’s for primary cooling and air movement. This building is home to multiple lab room which contain specialty ven-tilation systems.
