John Deere Electronic Solutions Building

Fargo, ND

This 90,000 square foot building is home to John Deere’s Electronic Solutions division. It is a testing and manufacturing facility. We used BIM on this project and worked closely with all the trades to incorporate the mechanical and plumbing/piping designs. This project includes the use of a dedicated outside air system, heat pumps, a custom made make up air unit for the dyno testing labs. Cooling towers were installed and boilers are also used.
