This 250,000 + square foot multi recreational facility is home to a full size Olympic swimming pool, warmup pool, lazy river, water slides, batting cages, gymnasium and many other activity centers. This building houses many engineering facets that include a total of 12 air handling units (Aaon & Innovent) and 7 Aerco boilers. The mechanical system was designed around a VAV system. Robert Gibb & Sons, Inc. was responsible for the full mechanical, plumbing and piping systems. We were also responsible for the temperature controls package, water treatment, mechanical/plumbing insulation and the testing & balanc-ing scopes of work.
